Prime Minister Manmohan Singh at an official welcome ceremony at Brasilia Airbase in Brazil. Singh is on a two-day visit during which he will attend the Brazil-Russia-India-China (BRIC) and India-Brazil-South Africa (IBSA) Summits and hold bilateral meetings with Chinese President Hu Jintao and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev.
